CHALLENGE

With the pressure of the tight deadline and the need for seamless coordination, we developed a well-thought-out plan to tackle the photographic coverage of the three-day Formula One Race. The race track, spanning 7.8 km, presented the challenge of capturing every aspect from different stations across the track. To ensure consistency in our photography approach, we divided the content into three categories namely: the people element, the vibrant atmosphere, and the surrounding environment.

To expedite the content collection process, we equipped our team with scooters so they could efficiently navigate the race track and gather the necessary visuals. Once collected, the content was swiftly delivered to our dedicated team of editors who worked tirelessly to sort, edit, and finalize the photos. These edited images were then quickly transmitted via cloud service to the various ministries and agencies involved.

By leveraging a strategic division of content, we were able to successfully meet the challenge of delivering edited photos every two hours. Our dedication to precision, teamwork, and innovative approaches proved instrumental in producing high-quality photographic content for the historic first F1 Race in Saudi Arabia.

As a creative studio, we were approached by the Saudi Motor Company to cover photographic content for the first F1 Race held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. One of the main challenges we faced was the requirement to submit edited and finalized photos on the spot, via a cloud service, to all the ministries and agencies involved in the event, within a range of set hours. This demanded a high level of efficiency and promptness from our team, pushing us to the limits of our capabilities. However, being a team that thrives on challenges, we were eager to take on this task and were determined to make it a success.
